LEARN TO PLAY SUMMER CAMPS

Smashing Aces Summer Camp - Afternoon

Time: Monday-Friday from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

For kids aged 8-12

Our Smashing Aces Camp is tailored for  young players looking to fine-tune their tennis skills over the summer. Geared toward kids aged 8-12, this camp provides the perfect balance of focused training and fun, ensuring you continue to develop your game even during the break. This camp is a good fit for kids currently in our Progressive 2 & Progressive 3 Learn to Play programs. In addition to time on the tennis courts, players will have the opportunity to play pickleball, partake in off-court fitness activities, and swim at the YMCA (optional).

Cost: $295/week

CAMP POLICIES & NOTES No camps run on statutory holidays (fees are prorated) All junior camps must be paid by credit card Early drop-off starting at 8:00 am and late pick-up until 5:00 pm ($70/week, based on availability) All fees are subject to HST

RAIN POLICY

All High Performance Camps run rain or shine! In the event of rain, coaches will conduct mental training activities or fitness sessions, either on-site or at off-site fitness locations.

Progressive camps may be cancelled due to rain. Should camps be rained out, we will attempt to offer a makeup session later in the camp. If no makeup session is possible, a credit or refund will be provided.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations must be requested two weeks before the first day of camp for a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $35.00 cancellation fee. Requests within the two-week period will not be refunded. Extenuating circumstances may be considered. Missed sessions due to illness, injury, vacation, or other reasons are not reimbursed, and pro-rated fees are not offered for missed days or services not used. Full fees are due and payable if a child is registered and attends any part of the weekly session.

OUR FACILITY

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, kids will enjoy our beautiful Italian red clay courts. Other sports and games are played on the club’s property and at the nearby park just a few minutes’ walk from the club.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY

On-site staff members are certified in emergency first aid care.

OUR STAFF

Our certified, experienced, and passionate coaches provide a fun, healthy, and educational environment for kids to learn tennis. Our staff consists of individuals with university undergraduate and master’s degrees, Tennis Canada coaching certifications, and former top Canadian junior and open players. All coaches are members of Tennis Canada’s Tennis Professionals Association.
