Junior sessions for young beginner-level athletes who want to discover tennis in a stimulating and rewarding environment. The program is based around the teaching method ``Processus Frappe`` recognized by Tennis Québec and Tennis Canada. The main objective is to transmit to young people our passion for tennis, to develop their technical skills, their self-confidence, and to promote a positive and playful approach to the game.
Petit tennis, 3 - 4 years : 1h / week
Toddlers, accompanied by a parent on the court, develop their coordination and motor skills through a variety of on-court exercises. The aim is to give children the tools they need to learn the basics of tennis. On the menu: lots of fun!
Red balls, 5 - 6 years: 1h / week
Cooperation is the central theme of this course. Children work as a team to develop their coordination and learn basic tennis techniques. Sportsmanship is also a key theme. On the menu: floor tennis, throwing and catching, aiming at a target, getting to the ball on time, etc.
Orange balls, 7 - 8 years : 1.5h / week
At this level, the coach teaches his group basic techniques including the waiting position, preparation, the right point of impact, identifying different ball trajectories, throwing the ball on serve, exchanging in cooperative mode and playing points.
Balles point vert, 9 - 10 years : 1.5h / week
At this level, the coach helps his group improve their technical and tactical basics. Among other things, children work on movement and placement, using the right grips for different shots and consistency in contact points on the forehand and backhand with the aim of playing a game of tennis in singles or doubles.
Regular balls, 11 years +: 2h / week
Youngsters strengthen their technique to improve their efficiency on the court and deepen the tactical basics essential to winning a game. On the menu: changing the height and speed of the ball, playing from all areas of the court, taking the ball early and sometimes over the shoulder, using spin on the serve, linking shots to make sequences.
