Welcome to Wallace Park Tennis Club!
Wallace Park Tennis Club (WPTC) is an active, non-profit, outdoor community tennis club operating in affiliation with the Town of Oakville.
It is the policy of Wallace Park Tennis Club to provide a sports environment that is democratic and open to all members of the community and grounded on the principles of integrity, fairness, and respect
We recognize the benefit of tennis to our community and aim to promote an active and healthy lifestyle for all ages and encourage the growth of the sport of tennis through instruction, organized play, social events, and free play. We aim to foster an environment that provides equal rights and opportunities without discrimination and encourages participation regardless of playing level.
WPTC consists of four (5) private courts and one (1) public court and a clubhouse with washroom facilities. The public court is open to members and non-members on an equal basis.
Daily operations at WPTC are overseen by our club manager, court attendants, and our club professional and their staff. Club governance is overseen by the Board of Directors, which consists of eleven (11) voting members, of whom ten (10) are volunteers elected by the membership and one (1) is a Past President.
WPTC also promotes the development of both junior and adult tennis through the services of the club professionals, who are independent contractors.
